This is a term you may come across in many spiritual spaces and your “Higher Self” simply means your Soul. One of the most important questions you can ask yourself in life is “Who am I”? From my own experiences, I have learned that I am not just a physical body, but also the spirit that embodies it. Your soul is a powerful part of the triad of mind, body and soul and deserves to be nurtured just as you would your physical and mental bodies. Your Higher Self (interchangeable with “Soul” or also even your intuition) is your link to the divine and to your highest levels of consciousness and awareness. Your Higher Self is free from the heavy weights of your ego, and free from judgment or fear. Your Higher Self is free from society’s labels and attachments. Your Higher Self is simply free. Free to dream, free to explore, free to create, free to love, free to feel pleasure and the power of infinite wisdom.

The short answer is “no.” As we all have a Higher Self (even if we do not intentionally listen to or acknowledge it), I believe everyone is inherently spiritual. And being “spiritual” is simply learning more about yourself and your connection to the infinite universe as One. To benefit from any spiritual practice including prayer, yoga, breathwork, divination, or tarot, I believe you just have to open your mind to all possibilities of life. Life is a beautiful journey that is meant to be experienced.

For many of my clients, it is their first experience embracing their spiritual powers. As an intuitive, I am able to guide and support you with making contact with your Higher Self and with the magic of the universe in order to make progress in your life. I provide this guidance in a gentle and positive approach incorporating divination, mainly with tarot. Because it is a new experience, clients may feel skeptical and unsure of how tarot can help them. Using tarot can also feel intimidating based on one’s religious or spiritual upbringing and teachings. For me, tarot is a tool that brings me closer to my Higher Self and to the infinite wisdom of the universe. Tarot is a visual representation of our intuition and of the guidance from higher powers. As with anything in life, what matters most is the intention behind our thoughts, actions, and practices. The result you desire in life depends on the love and energy you put into it. If you wish for a bountiful harvest yet there is not sufficient water and sun, your seeds will not sprout. But if you tend to with nourishment and warmth, things will grow and flourish. Doing things with a loving intention is the foremost important value for me. I apply this loving intention to all my clients and people I read tarot for. I consider myself as simply the vessel for the messages that you need to receive. For my services, I will mainly use the standard tarot deck and depending on your needs I can also seek guidance with oracle decks or through a numerology analysis.

Tarot is said to have originated from Italy and France in the late 16th century and was first used as a card game, later evolving as a divination tool of cartomancy. Tarot has been used for spiritual matters and for divination to communicate with benevolent higher powers or to access information from our subconscious mind. A tarot deck is comprised of 78 cards divided into 22 major arcana and 56 minor arcana cards. The major arcana cards can represent significant life themes whereas the minor arcana cards can represent daily themes and are further divided into four suits: wands, cups, swords, and pentacles. Our sessions will discuss the meanings of particular cards in more detail.

A tarot deck represents the various archetypes, emotions, and situations that humanity may face so of course there are some heavier energies that we may be presented with. However, the beauty of tarot is that you will also be presented with guidance and clarity on how to overcome these heavier energies. While it is important to be happy and joyful in life, it is equally important to acknowledge where we can experience more growth and improvements. Tarot gives guidance on how we can transform and evolve to become our highest self. We can learn to become the alchemists of our lives: transmuting heavier energies into lighter ones.

Yes. Everything is energy with its own frequency and vibration. Every human has their own signature soul frequency. Every thought and emotion has its own frequency and correlates to our level of consciousness. Although we cannot see this energy, it is everywhere, it can be felt and explored. Moreover, our collective energy is without limits or restrictions, so sessions done remotely will have the same results as if they are done in person. It is your personal and individual frequency of energy that is guiding the messages and this is true whether you are in person or remote.

For each session, I will only consult with the energy of that specific client. Clients may ask about their relationships or career, and naturally this may touch upon the connections with other people. If a client has questions on behalf of their spouses, family members or friends, I suggest to have their spouse, family or friend contact me directly for a session to ensure full confidentiality and consent. I strive to maintain the highest level of professional ethics when consulting with clients.

Although tarot can give guidance into what the future holds, it is a misconception that tarot is the same thing as fortune-telling. While many who use tarot are clairvoyant and intuitive, it does not always mean that tarot messages will predict the future. All spiritual practitioners have their own method of intuition and interpretation. What I have found the most helpful is to allow tarot to uncover whatever important messages are needed for each individual client and their situation. It is also important to remember that each of us is a sovereign being and have the free will in our beliefs and to shape our future as we wish.

Prior to each session, I only ask that each client signs a consent form. It is a priority for me to create a welcoming, safe and positive space for each client to discuss their concerns. Please come as you are and I hope that each client has an open mind and open heart.

The frequency of sessions depends on the individual client’s goals for either quick clarity or deeper transformation. Personally, I believe that all spiritual practices for holistic health and getting closer to our Higher Self and higher powers is a life-long practice. We are continually learning and changing and spiritual practices are an important tool to navigate the unpredictable voyage of life.
